Operating a switch from a distanceA remotely controlled switch I made for high-voltage capacitor experiments so I could operate it from a distance. It used a basic remote-control module. It worked, but I considered it a rough experimental build, reflected in the nickname “jank” on the enclosure.

Another view of the remote switchA second view of the remote-controlled switch used in my early capacitor experiments. Remote operation let me trigger it without standing beside the experimental setup.
