A photograph from my trip to see the total solar eclipse in 2024. I drove a long way to reach the viewing area, and the experience was unlike anything I had seen before. I would gladly make another trip to see one again.
Another photograph from the 2024 eclipse, kept as a personal record of the experience. These images sit alongside my project work as a reminder of an especially memorable day of observing the natural world.
A further image from the same eclipse trip. I kept this group of photographs as personal notes from an event that made the long drive worthwhile.
A partial phase of the 2024 eclipse, with the visible part of the Sun reduced to a bright crescent. This is one of the images I kept from the trip.
